A multi-story operations facility was modernized through interior renovations and building-system upgrades while the site remained in active use. The work included selective demolition and build-back across multiple floors; coordinated mechanical, electrical, and fire-protection improvements; and controls integration with the existing building-automation system. Cutovers were sequenced off-hours with temporary services and containment to keep the operational environment online. All work met current Connecticut Building & Fire Safety Codes and the International Existing Building Code. The completed spaces are clean and efficient, with accent-blue details and improved access for reliable, maintainable operations.
