Lockton
Boston, Massachusetts
A refined, high-performing workplace was created for Lockton Companies on the 15th floor in Boston, MA. Spanning 21,000 square feet, the fit-out balances open workstations, private offices, and a range of collaboration spaces, including conference rooms, huddle areas, and a formal boardroom, organized along a central circulation spine that enhances connectivity across the floorplate.
A custom reception suite establishes a strong first impression, featuring integrated branding, back-painted glass, and detailed millwork. Adjacent amenity spaces, including a coffee bar, pantry, and large breakroom, serve as key gathering points that support team interaction and daily use.
Material selections combine warmth and durability, incorporating wood tambour, quartz surfaces, acoustic elements, and glass-front offices to maximize natural light and flexibility. Demountable partitions allow for future adaptability as needs evolve.
This project represents OLSEN’s second collaboration with Meyer Design for Lockton, reinforcing a strong working relationship focused on coordination, quality, and delivering a workplace aligned with the client’s culture and long-term goals.
